    Pick a convenient window at checkout — what is available depends on the address and the day. If you need a special time, write to us and we will do our best.

  • What if the recipient is not at home?

    The courier contacts the recipient or you, and together we agree on the best way to hand the bouquet over.

  • Can I stay anonymous?

    Yes. Mention it in the order note — we will not name the sender.

  • Will the bouquet look like the photo?

    We keep the style, palette and mood of the bouquet. Living flowers differ a little, and a seasonal flower is sometimes replaced by one of equal value — which makes every bouquet one of a kind.
