Terms of sale

The terms on which the Yellow flower boutique accepts and fulfils orders. By placing an order you accept these terms.

The essentials

  • Living flowers

Every flower is a little different — a bouquet may differ slightly from the photo.

  • Equal-value replacement

If a flower is out of season we replace it with one of equal value, keeping the style and palette.

  • A perishable product

Quality claims are accepted on the day of delivery, with a photo of the bouquet.

  1. 01

    General

This offer is a proposal by the Yellow flower boutique (the Seller) to conclude a contract for the sale of flowers, bouquets and related goods on the terms below. Placing an order on the site means full acceptance of these terms.

  2. 02

    Placing an order

Orders are placed on the site. The buyer gives their contact details, the recipient's details, the delivery address and time. An order is accepted once the Seller confirms it.

  3. 03

    Prices

Prices are shown on the site in Uzbek sum (UZS) and apply at the moment the order is placed. The delivery cost is calculated and shown at checkout.

  4. 04

    Payment

Orders are paid by the methods offered at checkout. The current methods are listed on the Payment page.

  5. 05

    Delivery and pickup

The bouquet is delivered to the given address within the chosen window, or handed over on pickup. Delivery terms are on the Delivery page. If the recipient is not there, the Seller contacts the buyer to arrange the hand-over.

  6. 06

    The nature of flowers

Flowers are a living natural product. Shade, bud size and how far a flower has opened may differ slightly from the photos on the site; this is not a defect.

  7. 07

    Replacing flowers

If a flower is temporarily unavailable or out of season, the Seller may replace it with one of equal value, keeping the bouquet's style, palette and size.

  8. 08

    Cancelling an order

The buyer may cancel an order by contacting the Seller before the florist starts making the bouquet. Once work has begun, cancellation is by agreement of both parties.

  9. 09

    Returns and claims

Living flowers are a perishable product of proper quality and cannot be returned. If a bouquet does not match the order or arrives in poor condition, tell us on the day of delivery with a photo — the Seller will replace it or refund you. Details are on the Returns page.

  10. 10

    Liability

The Seller is not liable for late or failed delivery when the buyer gave wrong recipient or address details, nor for flowers fading through improper care after hand-over.

  11. 11

    Final provisions

The Seller may change these terms; an order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, as provided by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
