Privacy policy

What data we receive when you order flowers from Yellow, why we need it and how we look after it.
  1. 01

    General

This policy describes how the Yellow flower boutique handles the personal data of site visitors and customers. By placing an order or using the site you agree to these terms.

  2. 02

    What data we receive

Only what an order needs: your name and phone number, the delivery address, the recipient's name and phone, the card text and the order note, and your order history if you are signed in.

  3. 03

    Why we need it

To accept and prepare your order, deliver the bouquet, contact you or the recipient about the delivery, and show your order history in your account.

  4. 04

    Cookies and browser storage

The site remembers your bag, your favourites, the chosen language and currency, and your sign-in session. Without this the bag and signing in would not work.

  5. 05

    Who we share data with

Only those an order cannot be fulfilled without: the courier gets the address and the recipient's contact, the payment system gets payment details if you pay online. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

  6. 06

    Storage and protection

We keep data for as long as orders and record-keeping require, and limit access to the staff who need it for their work.

  7. 07

    Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to us — we will reply and take care of it.

  8. 08

    Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
